Minister Warns Students Against Enrolling in Unlicensed Universities

In South Sudan, the Minister has made warnings for students that are possibly enrolled and paying tuition in schools that are not legally recognized as universities and schools of higher education. These "schools" do not carry the proper accreditation which is required to have university status yet they take on students. Many of these institutions do not have anything remote to proper academic resources and campuses as a majority are being carried out in primary school classrooms. This truly shows the strife and poverty that is seen in South Sudan.
